**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
We are in search for a heartfilled facilitator to educate and guide unemployed and excluded youth. The facilitator will administer needs assessments, gauge skills shortages and then address these through tailored training programs. Your responsibility is to equip the youth with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively.

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES**:

- Take part in the development and implementation of key Training Processes for Shadow Careers
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
- Devise individual learning plans
- Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions delivered, highlighting where there has been a return on investment and/or value-added learnings for future solutions
- Provide tailored coaching support, in partnership with Operations to drive and support the achievement of KPI’s, evidencing value added to the business
- Handle all client details and information with relevant integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain reports to meet department and client requirements
- Establish and maintain a professional training environment including training facilities, equipment, trainer appearance and student training materials
- Maintain knowledge on changes to client products, services, polices & procedure

**Salary**: Up to R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Facilitating: 2 years (required)
