Guest Relations Officer

**Guest Service Excellence**:
Welcome guests, introduce them to the estate, and provide a memorable check-in and check-out experience.
Assist guests with bookings, tours, transfers, and creating personalized itineraries.
Ensure all guest information is accurate and up-to-date in the Protel system.
Be the liaison for guests, addressing their needs and requests efficiently.
Ensure that guest concerns are addressed promptly, with a focus on resolution and guest satisfaction.
**Coordination Across Departments**:
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments (Spa, Housekeeping, and Indochine).
Manage the day sheet, guest daily logs, and reservations as needed.
Assist with transferring guests, ensuring all transfers are properly booked, tracked, and charged.
Perform night audit duties as required, including coordinating with the Night Auditor during shift handovers.
**Operational Responsibilities**:
Prepare welcome letters and registration cards for guests.
Assist with the upkeep of guest profiles, reservations, and guest-related information.
Report any maintenance concerns to the manager on duty and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
Hospitality Certificate or Diploma.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
Strong computer and administrative skills, with experience using Protel or similar systems.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
Passionate about the hospitality industry, with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and provide outstanding service to distinguished guests.
Professional demeanor with extreme attention to detail.
Friendly, outgoing, and proactive, with a natural warmth and enthusiasm for guest relations.
Reliable transport to and from work.
