**Job Description**:
As a Junior Product Manager at Rank Interactive you will be part of the product management team reporting to the Product Director. You will represent market demand, customer preferences and business stakeholder interests in strategic planning and development of the solutions in your area.

You will work closely with other product managers, including your product area lead, on the product development portfolio and roadmaps. You will set the direction for technical product managers and the product squad to maximise end user benefits

**Responsibilities**
- Own the product development portfolio within your selected area
- Coordinate internal operational, commercial, technical and delivery teams to collaborate on scoping, discovery and requirements capture
- Lead a customer centric culture of innovation focused on adding end user value to our products and services
- Define, communicate and measure KPIs for product performance in your area
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand venture partnerships, brand strategies and customer segments to ensure consistency and platform economy of scale is balanced with brand differentiation
- Capture opportunities and build strong business cases through a data driven approach to align key stakeholders and development teams ensuring the goals are clear
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Leads to maintain a balance of new feature development without compromising the integrity and quality of current solutions
- Provide the overall direction for all phases of the product development life-cycle
- Participate in product discovery to identify and mitigate risks and validate assumptions
- Ensure the compliance with regulator, privacy and responsible gaming protocols
- Provide clear communication and visibility for the wider stakeholder group to keep them informed of the performance of our products and progress on new development

**Qualifications**:

- Eligible for permanent employment in Cape Town, South Africa
- CSPO Certified
- Proven experience with methods to understand and improve the customer experiences
- Experience building excellent relationships and communicating with internal stakeholder
- Previous experience and good understanding of lean and agile product development
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work
