Human Capital Systems and Data Specialist

**JobPurpose**
**Responsibilities**
**Systems and Quality**
- Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
- Works closely with internal customers within functional areas of the business in order to ensure cross-functional technical systems are fully integrated and maintained
- Supports and coordinates the implementation of all HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
- Resolves complex system queries/escalation or incidents through collaboration with vendors to resolve problems that cannot be fixed internally
- Recommends solutions or alternative methods to meet system and client requirements
- Oversees the integration of the HC and Payroll systems by merging data from other sources and ensuring additional fields are populated as a system requirements evolve
**HC Data Management**
- Responsible for advancing the governance and quality of HC Master Data, enabling access to robust people and organizational related data
- Define and align HC Master data across multiple data sources, define quality standards and KPIs, and ensure ongoing ownership of data to meet the critical needs of today and in the future
- Partner with Leaders and Teams across HC to build a robust HR Master Data roadmap, and organization to deliver the right data at the right time to meet the critical business and decision needs
- Work closely with talent and learning partners to create new tools and dashboards, and develop processes for training programme evaluation and reporting
- Define and implement operational processes, metrics, data standards and controls to improve the quality and effectiveness of Core HR services
**HC Data Analytics and Insights**
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues,
enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance
- Responsible for the overall business dashboard reporting, working with the HC business partners and specialist functions
**Organisational Capability Building**
- Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation and trains new system users and existing customers on these processes and the HRIS functionality
Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support
**Project Management**
- Devising and owning the HC Systems Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders
- Participates in project development for new initiatives
- Clearly and concisely presenting and communicating key people data to HC colleagues and other stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner
- Devises and manages a regular project reporting mechanism for the HC team and relevant business leaders
- Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks where appropriate
**Leadership**
- Be an effective inspirational leader to facilitate the creation of motivated, accountable, full-service teams who understand and strive to meet the needs of all stakeholders
- Coach, counsel and train team, operational managers and staff to apply, support, sustain and develop a continuous improvement culture

- Guidance of others and active development of self to improve on their technical and communication abilities so that capabilities and deliveries are better understood and thus trusted and applied through the business
