To provide comprehensive and administrative support to the entire Human Capital Business value chain to effectively support HC and its customers in the administration process thus ensuring a seamless administrative end-to-end HC administrative process. It also involves updating and maintaining of data within a Human Capital Management (SAP) systems, ensuring governance to processes and quality HC service delivery.  QualificationNational Diploma in Human Resource Management or any relevant qualification to the role.ExperienceA minimum of 2 - 5 Years experience in bursaries and training administration.Knowledge of HC Value Chain processesBasic Conditions of Employment ActEmployment Equity, POPIA and Labour Relations ActMedical Aid SchemesSkills Development LevySAPHR (PA, LSO)Words, Excel, PowerPointHR Smart, MIE and Talent Central (or equivalent E- recruitment systems)Competency based interviewing techniques, recruitment strategiesProvide Learning and Development administrative support for bursaries and training initiatives and activities:Efficiently and effectively support LD administration function ensuring accuracy and maintenance of bursaries and training data and records and consistently provide quality administrative services in support of LD initiatives.Key deliverables will include the following but not limited to:creating client master data and vendor creations, processing of bursaries and training payments and refunds and study loan conversions,responding to all bursary and training related queries including audits,building strong customer service, sustaining relations with institutions and bursarsmaintaining a solid records management system to attain clean auditsconducting verifications of student information and documentationmonitor academic and emotional progress of students coordinate campus visits andcapture data and ensure accuracy of student/ employee application documents.
