Human Capital Administration Intern

**Introduction**

**Role Purpose**
Momentum Corporate is currently looking for a Human Capital Administration Intern to learn about the HR function and to assist with various administrative HR processes and support the HR team in delivering a consistent HR service that empowers the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Relevant post graduate degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources
- HPCSA registration as a Student Industrial Psychologist or Student Independent practice Psychometrist
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist the Head of Human Capital and HCBPs with administrative duties.
- Provide timeous feedback to Head of Human Capital and HCBPs regarding ongoing process.
- Review and shortlist CV's received from job advertisements and in collaboration with the HCBP.
- Book and coordinate the logístical arrangements for the recruitment process (interviews, meeting rooms, assessment requests etc.).
- Assist and support employees with the on-boarding and integration programmes for new employees.
- Assist with employee and benefits queries in consultation with HCBP.
- Capture and maintain employee and position management data on the relevant system and ensure that data quality and integrity standards are adhered to.
- Compile employee documentation and ensure that HR documentation is timeously and accurately submitted to the relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support the exit of employees to ensure the employee experience remains engaging and risk are mitigated.
- Provide guidance and advice on HC processes and benefits (such as performance excellence, annual increase, bursaries, maternity leave, leave surrender, long service etc.) and employee benefits Coordinate logístical arrangements for the employee relations process.
