**About Oh My Cake**

Oh My Cake is a rapidly growing confectionery company currently operating in Gauteng, with a mission to bring joy to its customers through edible art and a vision to be the leading confectionery e-tailer in the country in the next 5 years. With a strong culture of empowerment, the organization is run by its founder, a team of 25 bakers, cake decorators, sales agents and other young visionaries.

**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Answering customer phone calls.
- Upselling to customers.
- Meeting a predetermined sales target.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating order changes to the Production Team Leader.
- Data capturing.
- Representing the brand with friendliness and professionalism.

Minimum tertiary qualification: diploma/degree in commerce, marketing, business administration or similar.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong computer literacy (Apple iOS devices) and fast typing skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell.
The ability to meet strict deadlines.
The ability to remain calm & focused under stress.
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
**Own laptop required.**

**Location and commitments**

Permanent, full-time role.
Based in Fourways, Johannesburg.
5-day shifts which may include weekends, 08h00 to 17h00, with public holiday/after-hours work as needed.

**Salary range**

To be disclosed.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month
