Call Centre Agent

**Requirements**:
▪National Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
**Experience**:
▪1-year Sales/Customer Service Call Centre (outbound) experience in a Call Centre environment.
**Competencies (Knowledge/Skills)**:
▪Fluent in English, and to speak/understand 2 to 3 additional South African languages would be advantageous (Sotho, Sepedi and Tswana)
▪Computer Literate in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and good typing skills
▪Good organizational and effective communication skills
▪Good listening, writing and interpersonal skills are essential
▪Work under pressure and in a deadline orientated environment
▪Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
▪Customer service orientated
**Duties **(but not limited to):
▪Follow-up on and assist to convert leads to sales
▪General sales and admin responsibilities
▪Provide professional services to branches by assisting in setting up of sales lead customer appointments.
▪Capturing of all appointments and feedback/information on the system
▪Communicating and follow up with branches on a regular basis on appointments made
▪Liaising Call Centre Supervisor and Regional/Divisional staff
▪Regular product knowledge sessions and conducting sales role plays
▪Report directly to sales call centre supervisor/manager
▪Acquire needed info and documents from lead customers
▪Assist customers to select product sku and check on stock availability
**Critical requirements**
▪Ability to read, write & calculate
**Job Type**: Temporary

- Woodstock, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
