Our client is looking for customer services agents to service their customers on a mobile network campaign.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Provide accurate information regarding mobile network plans, services, billing inquiries, technical support, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to network coverage, device configuration, billing discrepancies, and service interruptions.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits, helping them make informed decisions about their mobile plans and devices.
- Upsell products.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- at least 6 months BPO customer services experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Clear criminal record
- **Must be willing to work Canadian hours from 15:00 till 6 am**_

**Salary**: R9 300,00 per month
