The Employee Services Specialist is a crucial role responsible for providing exceptional human resources services to employees. This role's main responsibilities are handling employee inquiries, processing transactions, managing employee data, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating to improve HR processes. The Employee Services Specialist aims to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive employee experience.

**What You'll Do**:

- Administer day-to-day HR transactions, including promotions, salary changes, terminations, one-time payments, verification of employment, and employee inquiries.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing employee queries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate HR or external stakeholders when necessary.
- Ensure seamless execution of critical people administration processes, including contract management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Maintain HR databases and systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and liaising with benefits providers.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience.
- Assist in developing and refining HR policies, guidelines, and procedures to support operational scalability.
- Monitor HR service metrics related to responsiveness, process effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR teams and cross-functional partners to streamline workflows and enhance HR service delivery.
- Stay updated on relevant HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives assigned by HR leadership.
- Manage and track employee inquiries in the case management tool, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to company policies and procedures.

**What You Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Additional certification in HR or related areas can be advantageous
- **3-5 years** of experience in **HR shared services, HR operations, or a similar role**.
- Strong knowledge of **HR processes, policies, employment laws, and best practices**.
- Experience handling **HR transactions** (e.g., employee data management, payroll processing, benefits administration).
- Proficiency in using **HRIS and case management tools**.
- Experience working in a **fast-paced, high-volume HR service delivery environment**.
- Previous experience in **process improvement and standardization** is advantageous.
- Experience working for a global organization is advantageous.
- Attention to detail is important for accurately processing transactions and maintaining data integrity.
