**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
To assess, prepare and make payments on goods and services whilst ensuring that our payment commitments are

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Timely and accurate processing of legitimate and authorised vendor invoices
- Provide accurate and timeous feedback for reporting
- Prepare monthly creditors reconciliations to ensure correct amounts are paid or accurate amounts are

accrued
- Report any non-compliance to the necessary level of management for investigation
- Maintain files and documentation accurately ensuring they are clearly marked and easily retrievable
- Ensure that supplier queries are handled in a professional and prompt manner
- Manage the petty cash reimbursements for the various companies and report any item that falls outside the

policy

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**_ _
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of International financial reporting standards and audit requirements
- High level computer skills
