- Responsibilities:
- Create an Annual Training Plan for the company, in conjunction with all the relevant managers.
- Track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain accurate training records.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for all completed and scheduled employee training.
- Participate in the various company audits with regards to training and development.
- Liaise with CHIETA with regards to workplace audits.
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on completed training topics.
- Ensure that additional/repeat training topics are completed, and the matrixes are updated timeously, if relevant/applicable.
- Promote company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Inform employees of scheduled trainings and track their progress.
- Liaise with managers to ensure mandatory trainings are completed and the training matrixes are updated timeously.
- Ensure the effective booking and preparation of XXX House for all training sessions (stationery, equipment, etc.)
- Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities.
- Compile and submit the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report to CHIETA.
- Liaise with COMPANY Midrand HR colleagues to identify training topics relevant/applicable to Company employees.
- Inform managers timeously of outstanding training topics.
- Source training providers and liaise with the relevant managers with regards to training needs.
- Manage training on LinkedIn (e-learning programs).
- Arrange and book training with external training providers.
- Perform any other tasks within the HR Department.**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of Matric, preferably studying towards a relevant degree or diploma.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail and diligent execution of tasks.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
- Ability to liaise professionally with internal and external customers.
- Excellent communication skills on all levels in the company.
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations.
- Ability to understand and navigate through complex situations.
