Requirements: Grade 12 Qualifications: "Train the Trainer" Course, Conduct Outcomes Based Assessments Training and Modera tion of Outcomes Based Assessments Training 1-2 years hands on experience, in soft skills training (First Aid, Firefighting, and Management Courses) / fa cilitating in a learning / education environment. Computer Literate (MS Office) Excellent reporting, written and verbal communication skills Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends. Preferably staying in the Cape town Area Responsible for the following Key Performance Areas: Training / facilitating various soft skills training courses. Preparing training material and lesson plans. Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly training reports to the office of the COO. Implementing of all training activities. Providing student support. All training department administration. Managing all daily training operations, implementing standards, policies, procedures and training / facilitating principles **Job Type**: Temp to perm Contract length: 12 months **Salary**: R4,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - East London, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
