We are looking for a motivated and dependable **Housekeeping & Operations Supervisor** to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the lodge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and previous experience in a similar environment.

**What You'll Do**:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Oversee and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all guest areas, including rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and facilities, meet cleanliness and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens, placing orders as necessary.
- Assist with operational tasks and support the management team in day-to-day activities.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain open communication with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

**The Skills You Will Need**:

- **Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or operations role** within a lodge, hotel, or similar environment is **non-negotiable**.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends and on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
- Own reliable transport is a must.
