Create and schedule content for our COMPANY Member App, social media, and internal communications
- Capture real-time moments from Member events, behind-the-scenes activities, and leadership messaging
- Coordinate with departments to ensure content is on-brand, on-message, and on-time
- Manage content uploads via our App CMS
- Support internal engagement efforts like town halls, leadership updates, and internal campaigns
- Collaborate occasionally with our Leaders, to reflect their vision with clarity and professionalism

Excellent planning and scheduling ability

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Comfortable with digital tools (content calendars, video tools, CMS)

Basic video editing or formatting (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Rush - advantageous)

Familiarity with branding guidelines

Comfortable with digital tools

Reporting and analytics (from BI team)

**Event & Internal Communication Support**
- 1-3 years’ experience in content creation, communications, or community coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Rush
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Familiarity with CMS, content calendars, and digital productivity platforms

- Diploma or Degree in:

- Journalism
- Communications
- Public Relations
- Digital Media
- Marketing
- Or related fields with a strong content or storytelling focus
- Equivalent practical experience in storytelling, brand content, or digital community management will also be considered.
