**Minimum Requirements**:

- National Diploma in Architectural Studies, Interior Design, or Property Studies or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in space planning, facilities management, or a related role, preferably in a university or educational setting.
- Organizational and project management.
- Communication.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Database management.
- Analytical skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Space Planning and Audits.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and database management.
- Project management.
- Drivers license.

**Summary of Duties**:

- Space Allocation and Management.
- Query and Request Management.
- Data Management and Reporting.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation.

**Special requirements**:

- Required to work extensive working hours.
- Knowledge of Higher Learning Environment.
- DHET regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of space management practices, teaching and learning space requirements, and regulatory reporting.
