Project Cordinator

Enhance is looking for Project Coordinator in the quality assurance space to be responsible for supporting a specialist testing team with the delivery of projects through coordinated activities.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Supporting the Project Managers with the creation of their Project Management Plan - including plans for Scope, Communication, Risk
& Issues, Cost and Stakeholder Management.
- Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in setting up the Project Governance and Systems to effectively manage the project.
- Accountable for creating, implementing and maintaining the Project Schedule and obtaining approval from relevant stakeholders.
- Accountable for proactively tracking the end-to-end project schedule and driving corrective action where required.
- Responsible for proactively following up on project risks on behalf of the Project Manager.
- Responsible for preparing change controls on behalf of the Project Manager so that they can be reviewed and approved.
- Responsible for supporting the Project Manager and execution and communication of Deployment Plan (Pre-Go live, Go Live and Post Go live tasks).
- Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in arranging training for production teams to allow them to support the product / project after go-live.

- 2 years General Office Admin experience and 1 year relevant experience in Project coordination in software or IT environment

OR
- 2 years relevant experience in a Project coordination in software or IT environment
- Basic understanding of basics of Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience in supporting a Project Manager with the delivery of projects through coordinated activities.
