**Job Description**:
What you will do
- Lead a core central team of data experts who provide data solutions and services for CIB data initiatives.
- Act as a central point of contact for defining data best practices, developing data expertise and tooling, and deploying resources to achieve CIB's strategic data goals.
- Ensure alignment and coordination between the data initiatives prioritised by the Head of Data, the Data Capability Centre, and the business unit stakeholders.
- Create and maintain visibility and data value realisation across CIB, and increase awareness of the data capabilities and gaps that exist within the data organisation and the business units.
- Manage and mitigate any risks to data quality and ensure compliance with data policies and standards.

What you will need
- A degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- 5-8 years of experience working on data delivery projects, preferably in an investment or commercial banking environment.
- Experience working as a Data Delivery Lead or Change Manager, and leading data delivery teams.
- Experience in building data capabilities and driving data transformation in an organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and functions.
