Your primary role will be a managerial one, making sure the Strategy team has the right resources, processes, data, partnerships, behaviours, and clarity on deliverables.

You will be responsible for the relationship with the group’s global CSO and your network peers.

You will lead a group of strategists develop the strategic plans for our clients’ brand building and creative development.

By partnering with our Data&Culture Lab, innovation, and creative teams, you will deliver strategic solutions that will help shape, navigate, and elevate our clients’ brands into culture.

**Role Overview**:
As the Operations Lead for Delivery at Le Pub, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless production operations, ensuring that every project unfolds with precision and excellence. You'll lead a team of producers, traffic managers, and project managers, guiding them through the intricacies of global and local client projects. This senior role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to driving efficiency and innovation across all facets of our operations.

**1. Creative Production Management**:

- Lead Le Pub, overseeing a team responsible for delivering exceptional creative projects for our diverse clientele.
- Strategize and implement forecast planning and capacity management to meet all project deadlines efficiently.
- Design and optimize processes from brief to delivery, ensuring alignment with Le Pub and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations of PGA to integrate automation solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Cultivate and elevate the skills of our traffic managers, building a Centre of Excellence for project delivery.
- Expand our talent pool with preferred talent to enhance our creative capabilities across various briefs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize planning processes and enhance margins while maintaining quality standards.

**2. Process Enhancement**:

- Implement and integrate new processes and AI tools to drive efficiency and quality across Le Pub operations.
- Foster alignment with global stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and collaboration.

**3. Mentoring & Relationship Building**:

- Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering inclusive and supportive relationships within the agency and beyond.
- Forge strong partnerships with local and global stakeholders to ensure the success and cohesion of Le Pub's operations.

**Typical Week Activities**:

- Manage the Le Pub studio, working closely with the local production teams and aligning with Global requirements to ensure smooth project delivery and address any issues or blockers.
- Oversee project briefs, ensuring adherence to client brand guidelines and satisfaction.
- Ensure timely asset management and adherence to client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal client leads to understand brand expectations and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

**Qualifications** Qualifications & Key Skills**:

- Minimum 10+ years' experience in advertising agency or production environments, with a strong operational background.
- Proficiency in digital, print, and film production processes.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and communicate effectively.
- Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable with online tools and systems, with a keen operational mindset.
- Enthusiastic about optimizing workflows and exploring new ways to enhance efficiency and innovation.
