PMU Marketer, LLC is the number #1 digital marketing company in the permanent makeup industry and is very well established in the beauty industry. We work with thousands of beauticians, estheticians, and artists around the globe to tap into the growing desire for beauty services and procedures. As our company grows, we are hiring full-time “Advertising Specialists'' to create, manage, and provide support for our Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns for our ever growing number of clients.

We have a small and growing, motivated team so we are looking for friendly team players who learn things very quickly. Learning our system, how we prefer our ads built, and how to respond to customers effectively requires much diligence.

**This role would help with**:

- **Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads**_
- Creating, monitoring, and managing Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns
- Using metrics to optimize existing campaigns and having an understanding and obsession with maintaining the lowest cost per lead, scheduled appointments, or calls
- Creating and testing new versions of existing campaigns for better performance and lower CPL
- Creatively refreshing ads with new videos and images from the client
- Continuously measuring and optimizing campaigns to maintain a high level of performance and cost-effectiveness (making the best use out of the advertising budget)
- Assisting with writing ad copy that converts
- **Marketing Strategy**_
- Strategizing, executing, and managing a portfolio of Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads campaigns in the beauty industry
- Coming up with new ideas and solutions for internal use and/or our clients
- Conducting, gathering, and analyzing market research to determine social media opportunities and competitiveness
- Assisting with the creation of clear plans to achieve client business goals
- **Collaboration & Team Communication**_
- Working with other team members to develop customized marketing strategies
- Collaborating with other team members regarding account performance, changes, concerns, and details
- Utilizing the team communication platform during shift for updates and notifications
- **Customer Support**_
- Reporting on key metrics for campaigns by analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and justifying campaign decisions to clients
- Assisting with new account setups which includes but is not limited to: Requesting page & ad account access, communicating with the client to provide instructions, sending helpful resources, providing helpful advice for success, etc.

- Have Facebook (must), Instagram (must), Google (must), & GoHighLevel (bonus) ads experience.
- Have a proficient level of spoken and written English skills (C2 or greater standard of English).
- Enjoy utilizing basic design platforms (such as Canva), web-building platforms (such as WordPress, Squarespace, ClickFunnels, Webflow, etc), or ESPs (such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc) is a BONUS.

**Details**
- Ideal Start Date: flexible
- 40 hours/week starting at $600-$900 monthly
- Opportunity for pay raise after initial 6 months

**Requirements**:

- **This is NOT a position for someone who**:_
- Has lower than a C2 standard of English or is not proficient in written and spoken English.
- Has no Facebook, Instagram, or Google ads experience.
- Has an internet speed of less than 30 mb/sec or internet that experiences greater than 2 outages per month.
- **For this role, we need someone with**:_
- Extensive experience with Facebook Business and Ads Manager, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Proficient level of English (C2) or higher, written and spoken
- Experience with: Asana, Google analytics, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and/or GoHighLevel
- Bonus: Experience with the permanent makeup or beauty industry
