**Fitness Leads** is a new (soft launch) online fitness marketing agency that helps fitness businesses get leads itching to become members via paid Facebook and Google ads advertising campaigns.

We are looking for a Remote Independent Paid Advertising Specialist for our Paid Advertising Specialist Service for the following responsibilities:

- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all assigned client accounts
- Using your analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, performance and reporting of paid campaigns for your clients across multiple platforms
- Be the paid social expert for the client on campaign performance and optimization providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
- Help determine client benchmarking and implement optimizations to hit client KPI’s in the quickest time possible through owned channels
- Improve upon paid social media processes and innovation of new strategies and techniques.
- Manage all client budgets effectively and advise on budget changes, both between campaigns within a paid account and across channels based on overall return for your clients.
- Ability to craft strategy based on client goals and troubleshoot dips in performance to make recommended pivots
- Understanding of basic marketing funnel and where each channel plays role
- Keep abreast of changes in paid media platforms and tools, and make recommendations for adoption/integration where appropriate.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 1-2 years experience in paid digital advertising, it would be advantageous if done for fitness businesses
- Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategy
- Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: Basic salary (after certain quota has been met) plus commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From R5,000.00 per month
