**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
Ensure that all the quality control functions of the Quality Assurance department are maintained.

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Ensure compliance to procedures and customer requirements
- Implement and measure quality control checks ensuring checklists are completed correctly and filed
- Provide accurate reports to management
- Ensure equipment is regularly calibrated
- Close off customer queries within agreed timelines
- Ensure documentation is kept up to date
- Adherence to housekeeping standards, SHE & OSH act requirements with a “ZERO INJURY” culture compliance

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a printing environment
- Supervisory experience will be highly beneficial
- Extensive understanding of packaging raw materials and processes
- Superior colour vision is required
- Advanced computer skills
