Our client, a dynamic global manufacturing organization, is looking for a
** **Quality Assurance Manager, based in Durban.

**MAIN FUNCTIONS**
- To assure that all quality standards are always satisfied for all products.
- Develop, execute, and manage procedures to guarantee that products fulfill quality, function, and reliability criteria before being delivered as finished products.
- Determine and implement acceptable product quality standards and requirements.
- Coordination and participation in product testing processes as required.
- Identify and analyse product flaws, defects, and other challenges, especially when they reoccur. Address these problems by recommending and facilitating solutions.

**DEPARTMENTAL CONTROL**
- Ensure that the quality control team and suppliers understand and adhere to the customer’s quality standards and expectations.
- Work with the marketing, customer relations, and social media departments to keep track of concerns about quality and follow up for suitable redress.
- Be responsible for establishing and monitoring a strong management team in the Production Department while adhering to the highest ethical standards.
