Gadget Boss which is based in Roodepoort is looking for an energetic, people oriented HR Manager to perform full end to end HR processes.

**Requirements**:
Must have strong administrative skills
Must have 2 years minimum HR experience
Be able to do Payroll on excel and issue payslips
Must have strong Labour Legislation Knowledge
Be able to issue warnings, conduct disciplinary hearings and deal with CCMA cases
Must be able to formulate HR policies and procedures
Be willing to work overtime, on Saturdays and public holidays.
Ability to draw up employee training plans and monitor employee performance
Must have full beginning to end recruitment experience

Must have either a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.

Must be able to manage a staff force of over 40+ employees.
Must have the ability to create new structures or work with existing ones.

Pay: R8,000.00 per month
