**Minimum Requirements, Responsibility and Experience** *** **Educational background**: (one of the following is essential) Diploma of Electrical Engineering "Majored in Electronics" Bachelors of Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Degree *** **Technical Proficiency**: Strong technical knowledge of the machinery, systems, and equipment relevant to the automotive industry is crucial. This includes understanding mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment is essential for troubleshooting and repairs. The following software experience is a must with at **least 10 years experience**: - Step 7 Siemens PLC and during the TIA portal transition Simotion Scout Festo/SMC Pneumatic Valves Mechanical experience Hydraulic Equipment "Hydac" Interpret: Electrical, Hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic drawings **Problem-Solving Skills**: Must be adept at identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to diagnose complex problems, develop solutions, and implement effective fixes as per the above-mentioned software. **Preventive Maintenance Knowledge**: A solid understanding of preventive maintenance practices is essential. This involves creating and implementing maintenance schedules, performing regular inspections, and conducting routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime. Management of Spares and ware parts. **Hands-On Experience**: Practical experience with maintenance and repair work. Must be prepared to be hands-on when needed.10+ years concurrent with technical proficiency **Technical Documentation Skills**: Should be skilled at creating and updating technical documentation, including equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and repair logs. **Supervisory**:5+ years of experience in maintenance supervisory roles, preferably with progressive responsibilities and leadership experience. (highly recommended) **Safety Awareness**: A strong understanding of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices is essential. (highly required) **Communication Skills**: Need to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
