**Job Summary**:

- To oversee the production process of the company through excellent planning/scheduling in order to make sure that efficiency and performance targets are met and production cost-effectiveness.
- To maintain production machinery in prime condition to deliver maximum output at all times

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that manufacturing principles tally with the company’s vision and priorities
- Manage and motivate production team by ensuring efficient and effective use of all resources
- Track and develop systematic approach toward the improvement in the reduction of planned hours
- Responsible for preventative maintenance planning on all machines
- Administration of the maintenance and production department
- To monitor electrical and mechanical breakdowns by introducing Shopware computer program to keep track of repairs carried out
- To ensure that company safety standards are adhered to

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Knowledge of Shopware
- Computer Literacy

**Job Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good leadership skills
- Drive to develop others and building relationships
- Managing risks and critical thinker
- Communicating with influence and customer centricity
- Drive for results
