As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Manager to lead our team and elevate the overall experience for our customers.

Position: Manager - Blades and Triggers OPS

**Responsibilities**:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and safe experience for customers.

Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to maintain a high level of customer service.

Customer Engagement:
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Event Coordination:
Plan and execute special events, tournaments, and promotions to attract and retain customers.

Collaborate with marketing to create engaging campaigns and drive attendance.

Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and inventory of airsoft, knife throwing, and gel blaster equipment.

Work closely with the technical team to ensure all equipment is in excellent condition.

Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated staff.

Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar entertainment or sports industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of airsoft, knife throwing, or gel blaster games is a plus.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
