Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery
- Maintain exceptional guest experience standards and handle guest feedback professionally
- Lead, train and supervise therapists to ensure quality, consistency and professionalism
- Manage bookings, product control, upselling and revenue targets
- Ensure facilities, hygiene and presentation meet luxury spa standards
- Drive monthly specials, marketing collaboration and package development
- Maintain policies, procedures and strong operational discipline

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years spa management or senior therapist experience in a luxury spa
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of treatments, products and spa operations
- Confident in administration, stock control and scheduling
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Well-presented, polished and able to uphold a 5-star brand
