Call Centre QA Analyst

EOS is a high-end, customer centric, sales environment with two locations in KZN and in Gauteng. We are urgently looking for MTN or Multichoice Quality Assurance Analysts, to help us expand our business.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor outbound calls to assess sales agents ensuring that all agents use the same script, aftercall procedures and accountability standard
- Complete all administrative duties
- Identify risks, contribute to action plans and monitor the progress of these
- Training of new consultants on QA related standards
- Performing investigations
- Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
- Adhere to agreed process in order to deliver targeted operational results

**Requirements and skills**
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Good comprehension of Telecommunications Networks
- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
- Goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed

- Exceptional listening and analytical
- Computer literate and have the ability to multitask
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Problem solving and ability to determine issues with current process and create solutions
**Salary and Hours**
- R6000 (Basic plus attendance bonus)
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00, with the business open on Saturdays
**Salary**: From R6 000,00 per month
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
