**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a Performance & Growth Lead to take charge of HyperDev’s go-to-market growth strategy, combining hands-on execution across paid channels with creative, data-led experimentation.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth hacking, marketing strategy, and technical execution. You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and engagement, from early user signups to full-scale adoption.
Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll start as an individual contributor who builds and runs HyperDev’s growth engine end-to-end: setting up campaigns, analysing performance data, testing new channels, and experimenting with automation and AI tools to unlock new growth levers. Over time, you’ll help define and scale the performance marketing function as we grow.

**What You’ll Do**:
- **Growth & Go-To-Market Strategy**- Develop and execute HyperDev’s go-to-market growth plan, driving user acquisition and product adoption.
- Identify and test high-impact channels (paid, organic, partnerships, or community-based).
- Build and optimise the marketing funnel from first touch to activation.
- **Performance Marketing**- Own and manage performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Continuously analyse and improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
- Experiment with new ad formats, messaging, and creative to scale efficiently.
- **Growth Experiments**- Collaborate with the product and design teams to test in-product growth mechanics.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimise conversion rates and retention.
- **Analytics & Optimisation**- Set up dashboards, reports, and attribution systems to measure performance and inform decisions.
- Use tools such as GA4, HubSpot, or Mixpanel to monitor the user journey and uncover insights.
- Turn data into actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
- **Technical & Automation**- Use automation tools to automate marketing workflows and integrate systems.
- Explore how AI tools can scale outreach, content, and campaign testing.
- Implement and manage tracking pixels, UTM tagging, and performance data pipelines.
**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven track record running and optimising paid campaigns across major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Comfort with growth tools and analytics stacks (e.g. GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio).
- Hands-on experience designing and executing growth experiments.
- Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and working independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with product and design.
**Preferred**:
- Prior experience in developer tools, AI, or B2C SaaS marketing.
- Familiarity with automation platforms or technical workflows (basic scripting, APIs).
- Experience launching new products or scaling startups from zero to one.
- Knowledge of attribution and conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, event tracking, etc.).
- Excitement about AI, coding, and developer productivity tools.
