**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to showcase Apex Cyber Technologies' solutions and services, highlighting the value proposition and addressing client needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored IT security solutions.
- Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with customers to understand their budget constraints and negotiate favorable terms for both parties.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights for business strategy.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of successful b2b sales experience, preferably in ICT industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience using a CRM (Hubspot - an advantage).
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Be responsible for achieving a sales target.
- Great active-listening skills.
- Have reliable transport.
