Client Acquisition and Account Manager

Role Overview:
The Client Acquisition & Account Manager will be responsible for attracting new clients while nurturing and managing relationships with existing accounts. This individual will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Build relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present and sell our products/services to new clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Meet or exceed acquisition targets and sales quotas.
Account Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling additional services/products.
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor account performance and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client acquisition, account management, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - A customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: R41 212,00 - R43 976,00 per month
