Position - Sales Specialist

Employment Type Full Time

Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction product sales, more specifically stone or porcelain tiles.

Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Experience in working with interiors design.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and advanced Excel skills
Duties Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Build and sustain good customer service levels and business relationships with clients

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize. satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Negotiating prices with customers within boundaries of company’s pricing policies.

Ensure credit management criteria of business are adhered to.

Assist in overseeing of sufficient availability of stock for applicable market.

Conduct monthly stock forecasting in advance.

Oversee special stock requirements for clients.

Research and analyzing competitor’s products, service and market trends.

Increase service market share through identification and development of new business as well as optimizing existing business.

Oversee planning, organize and control, according to the laid down sales policies of company and sales activities of the own scope of work.

Co-ordinate, communicate and liaise between customers and other sales reps and
Company.

Analyzing and resolving customer service problems.

Co-ordinate sales activities with other work units or departments within the company.

Salary - Negotiable
