FCE Technical Services (PTY) LTD requires the services of a skilled Valve Specialist who can perform as a Sales person as well

Job Role **#Requirements**

1) Knowledgeable applicable standards,

2) Overhaul / Testing and Repair valves, PSVs and actuators

Control valves : supervision / overhauling, pressure testing and calibration of different types of control valves, coupling and decoupling, bench setting, lapping for contacting surfaces, internal parts inspection, actuator assembly ( piston / diaphragm type ) assembly and testing of body joints and seat test as per standard

Safety valves: Supervision /overhauling, lapping, assembling and testing of safety relief valves. Pre testing, stripping, internal inspection, check disk, nozzle dimensions, lapping, polishing, check surface flatness, assembly and testing of seat tightness and back pressure test ( bellow & body joints ). Carry out servicing and testing of pilot operated safety valves all series.

3) Experienced Valve Specialist

4) Advanced Theoretical knowledge, Valve Sizing, Materials, Diagnostics Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential.

5) As you will not be repairing valves the whole time you need to be able to do Sales/ visit Clients/ Bring in New Business
