**Job description**

As a **Hostess at The Pepper club Hotel**, you will be the face of our signature hospitality experience. You will warmly welcome guests to our restaurant and dining outlets, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and assist in creating a seamless and sophisticated dining experience that reflects The Pepper club’s reputation for excellence

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome all guests in a professional, friendly, and elegant manner.
- Manage the reservations and seating plan to ensure smooth guest flow and optimized table turnover.
- Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide clear, courteous updates to guests.
- Answer phone calls, menu inquiries, and general restaurant information.
- Liaise with the Restaurant Manager, waiters, and kitchen to ensure excellent service coordination.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host stand, entrance, and reception area.
- Uphold The Pepper club Hotel’s brand standards and guest service philosophy at all times.
