Main Purpose of the Job

The purpose of this role is to actively drive revenue and growth initiatives in support of the adumo Customer Engagement products and services:

- working closely with the Commercial Product Manager, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management Teams to ensure execution against the product strategy and achievement of budget.

**Customer Value Proposition**
- Ability to use the most appropriate propositions to maximize value to the company and its customers

**Focus on Growth**
- Ensures delivery against commercial product strategy and budget through growth and maintenance of strong sales pipeline
- Provides product-specific support to internal sales teams
- Assists with securing deals, contracting and onboarding clients

**Drives Engagement & Retention**
- Attends meetings and visits clients to ensure continued engagement and product utilisation
- Assists with contract renewals and upselling
- Actively drives sales of add-on products and services
- Proactive in reducing preventable cancellations

**Tactical Marketing Execution**
- Ensures implementation of tactical sales initiatives and campaigns in accordance with product strategy
- Develops and maintains targeted, industry-specific sales support materials (i.e. testimonials and case studies)

**Commercial Acumen**
- Able to analyze prospects, and deals and put forward proposals that enable adumo to maximize the potential for that particular deal
- Creates a win-win solution based on an understanding of business objectives and customer needs

REQUIRED: EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

**Minimum**
- Matric (NQF Level 4)
- Relevant Degree in Business Analysis, Product Design or Business / General Management qualification (NQF Level 7)
- 6 months’ business analysis or product development experience in a Fintech / IT service management company
- Intermediate knowledge using Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

**Desired**
- BBA / BCom / BTech / BSc / BE in Business, Product Design, Innovation or IT (NQF level 7)
- 12 months’ business analysis or product development experience in a Fintech / IT service management company
- Digital Marketing / Customer Engagement experience in the Retail industry (B2C)

**Ideal**
- BBA / BCom / BTech / BSc / BE in Business, Product Design, Innovation or IT (NQF level 7)
- 1+ year of business analysis, product design, and development experience, in a retail Fintech service management company
- Sales Pipeline development and CRM experience
- Loyalty strategy and execution experience
