**Entity and activity description**
In this position the Process Risk Management Representative (PRMR) assists in executing “risk control” duties within the framework of the Group’s policies and related objectives. The Incumbent will be ensuring that Risk Management Procedures are applied in new business and investment approvals
**Missions and Responsibilities**
- Define an Industrial Risk Management program to cover industrial risks on health, safety, environment and those related to industrial, Systems and products.
- Define annual Industrial Risk Management plan covering existing operations and include periodic risk assessments of operating facilities.
- Responsible for setting of Risk Objectives for all Air Liquide Southern Africa Facilities, Risk Audits & various studies ( MHI, EIA, Hazop, PRA, etc) at various Facilities.
- Responsible for the completion of the ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly & annual Risk Reports and distribution thereof, responsible for the operation of the Risk system in Southern Africa.
- Responsible for ensuring the company Risk System is in line with Corporate requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring that Air Liquide facilities comply with the respective country’s Industrial legislation.
- Responsible for Air Liquide system risk assessments and follow up. (Preliminary Risk Indications / Preliminary Risk Analysis as required:

- Projects / Design / Construction / Operations - Carry out Risk Mitigation with Facility Managers).

**Competencies and Profile**
Educational requirements**
- Bsc degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
- Leader software
- Risk based Management

**Experience**
- 5 years related experience in the Gas or Chemical Industry.
- Experience in the Air Liquide Management System.
- Project Management
- Crisis Management

**Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job**
- Working knowledge of Air Liquide Group Industrial Management System, Technical, HSE and risk policies
- Experience in Operations
- Understand Risk Management methods
- Have HSE knowledge
