**Key responsibilities/roles**
- Engaging with customers on technical challenges with projects and SLA's
- Management of the Change process - Approvals and Auditing
- Responsible for site Investigations / reports
- Responsible for customer network audits / reports
- Responsible for assisting in drafting of OT Standards
- Responsible for annual disaster recovery audits and action tracking
- Responsible for customer network drawings being maintained for customer sites
- Responsible for management of all current OPC / SCADA integration services and support
- Responsible for the output of Wireless RF surveys and Audits
- Assist with the internal OT Training - (Sedna Training Centre) Building material and mentoring of team members
- Assist with the Critical systems audits on customer sites
- Assist with the Continuous improvement of Monitoring system on customer sites
- Assist with OT technical design elements of projects
- Assist with the technical implementation support of projects
- Accountable for Tier 3 and 4 support requests

**Minimum Requirements and Experience**
- Management (Team - Tier 2-4 Technicians)
- Technical - CCNP or equivalent
- Min 5 years management/Team Lead experience
- Min 5 years Technical
- Valid driver’s license
