- Invoice files.
- Capture sales, supplier and branch invoices on the Excel spreadsheets and internal system.
- Ensuring files are not running at a loss.
- Non invoiced file reports sent to designated controllers every second week.
- Complete and make necessary changes to these reports.
- Process payment requests and ensure they are paid.
- Update the request for payment summary sheet when payments are received.
- Notify relevant individuals of payments made.
- Update the branch creditors Journal.
- Ensure all invoices for designated branches are received and captured.
- Request missing branch invoices when sending Excel spreadsheets statements.
- Conduct pre-accounting tasks and thoroughly check all aspects (accounts, grids, and totals)
- Send out all relevant printouts.
- Review the Other Creditors Journal and ensure all documents are sent.
- Perform backup duties as needed.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
- Collaborate with other divisions.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Manager and Accounting Division.

**Skills Required**:
Bac (Matric /A’ Levels/High school certificate

Min 1 year working experience in accounting
- Ability to interpret and fully understand written and oral numerical information
- Must be computer literate (good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Outlook: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Word: 3 years (required)
- accounting: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- French (preferred)
