Our client in the Gaming/ Hospitality industry is seeking a Payroll Supervisor.
We are looking for a competent and experienced Payroll Supervisor who will be responsible for capturing all various inputs provided by the manager as per the provided deadline as well as overseeing of team members and distribution of workload evenly.

**Duties**:

- Load New employees & terminate old employees on system
- Capture general input on system
- Print and prepare payment files
- Assist team members when requested by supervisor
- Processes all pay deductions for employees
- Resolve employee queries i.e. payslip request, leave forms etc
- Confirmation of employment
- Maintains accurate wage records for each employee
- Balance Sheet recons, Month payments
- Monthend GL uploads and balancing
- 3rd party preparations and payments
- Supervisory duties such as managing the team and distribution of workload equally
- Run reports
- Meeting attendances
- Project management and completion
- Queries escalations
- Process owner

**Requirements**:

- Experience in relevant/similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Experience on Sage People System
- Developing, implementing and assessing standards, processes and procedures within the payroll function
