Service Account Leader

**Job Description Summary**: You will responsible for presenting and selling One GE Healthcare Service Contracts at Point of Sale of new equipment and at Renewal to maximize Capture rate. You will identify new prospects across all modalities and feed them to appropriate Service/Sales Team members. You will deliver service revenues objectives within geographical zone (across Service offers portfolio: PMS, Non contracts, Options and Upgrades and Solutions. You will be the focal sales contact for all major accounts within the Southern Africa (Zambia, Botswana, Namibia) and Lusophone (Angola and Mozambique) and will manage strategic relationship.

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify business opportunities within South Africa and Lusophone regions particularly to increase share and maximize One GE Healthcare service sales revenues
- Be responsible for major accounts prospecting and sales for the region.
- Be responsible for Revenue for all service segments in the defined region.
- Work with Zone Sales Managers and their teams.
- Participate in and develop customers account strategies with Product Service Sales Specialists, Director of Service and their teams.
- Follow up on contracts with the Business Operations Teams
- Develop customer relationships at all levels from System Operators to Board level to promote service offerings
- Provide inputs to Region Service Marketing Manager to increase strategies efficiency.
- Be responsible for Service Sales campaigns execution.
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Selling and negotiation skills.
- Board level negotiator.
- Cardiology/Radiology or Healthcare professional.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Service products and equipment modalities
- Service Environment knowledge.
- Installed base knowledge.
- Language proficiency in English.
- Strong customer skills.
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- High work standard and quality.
- Effective problem solving.
- Effective personal organization skills.
- Business and results oriented.
