**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
This role will have central accountability for driving growth and expansion of our digital sales channel, with our aggregator partnerships and driving KFC delivery in partnership with 3rd party last mile delivery service providers. The role will ensure strong relationships with aggregators and driving world class execution in restaurants.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Accountable for the implementation of the digital and delivery strategy.
- Manage service provider relationships and performance.
- Drive growth and world class execution in restaurants.
- Drive digital and delivery innovation cross-functionally.
- Ensure the availability and consistent performance of ecommerce systems.
- Final authority over day-to-day challenges with service providers and restaurants

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Understanding of the FMCG retail and\or hospitality industry.
- Exposure to e-commerce technology and digital marketing.
- Logistics, supply chain and\or demand management experience.
- Cross platform integration and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of systems integration

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food delivery and customer experience.
- Strong Analytical capability including commercial understanding.
- Vendor relationship management and negotiation.
- Effective, influential communication.
- Versatility and agility to adapt to demands.
- Ability to influence large groups in presentation format
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree (Commerce, Business Management, Process Engineering)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Valid South African ID
- Valid driver's license
- No criminal record
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
