This role is based in the Johannesburg office._ Position Overview: The 1st Line Support Analyst’s primary function is to be the “face” of the company so that anyone who calls in needing assistance or advice can speak to and receive friendly help. - This is a full-time position. This role is based in the Johannesburg office._ Responsibilities: This role specifically relates to the TPN product suite. As a Client Support Analyst with the MRI Software Client Support team, you will have the opportunity to analyse complex software issues, engage with our client base, and provide an incredible client experience every day. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for a broad variety of clients from financial and property management institutions, schools, and other businesses, assisting with a wide range of questions and issues. MRI will rely on you to listen and empathize with our clients and use your troubleshooting skills, technical savvy, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver constant, professional experience.
