- Assisting the Legal team with day-to-day management of legal matters.
- Drafting, vetting, analysing of commercial agreements.
- Legal research, drafting of legal opinions.
- Assisting legal with Labour related issues and agreements.
- Assisting with debt recoveries, both internally, contacting of debtors, and managing external legal firms.
- Taking of minutes.
- Record Keeping.
- Assisting Legal department with compliance matters.
- Drafting and updating of company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to work equally well independently or in a team environment.
- Must have experience in Civil litigation. Experience in Corporate and Commercial and Criminal litigation will be a bonus.
