Assisting the Legal team with day-to-day management of legal matters.
Drafting, vetting, analysing of commercial agreements.
Legal research, drafting of legal opinions.
Assisting legal with Labour related issues and agreements.
Assisting with debt recoveries, both internally, contacting of debtors, and managing external legal firms.
Taking of minutes.
Record Keeping.
Assisting Legal department with compliance matters.
Drafting and updating of company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
Must be able to work equally well independently or in a team environment.
Must have experience in Civil litigation. Experience in Corporate and Commercial and Criminal litigation will be a bonus.
