Intellidex** **is a leading research house on capital markets and financial services, harnessing these to lead to better outcomes for the public. We undertake a wide range of research across emerging markets leading to highly influential publications and other reports for clients and the public.

We are looking for an eloquent and persuasive writer to produce proposals that articulate the value propositions our business provides. You would work with the business development team and senior leadership in creating proposals and related content. The proposal writer's responsibilities include coordinating the inputs from the research team, creating original powerful content that shows how we can meet a client's requirements, formatting the information according to the company's policies or clients' templates, obtaining executive approval, and delivering the proposal.

A successful specialist is dependable, meticulous, and capable of producing factual and engaging writing.

**Responsibilities**
- Produce persuasive proposals in response to requests from potential clients and proactively that successfully articulate out ability to meet the client's needs.
- Researching, writing, and organising information in a professional and credible manner
- Researching proposal topics and audiences to achieve the best reception
- Streamlining our proposal development process for efficiencies, including updating of existing templates
- Developing project cost models for inclusion in proposals
- Prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Editing and revising proposals according to feedback
- 8. Producing related content such as presentations and brochures that articulate our general value proposition

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or related field involving extensive writing.
- Previous experience in proposal writing will be an advantage.
- Excellent computer (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and organisational skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good strategic planning abilities
