Strong administration and account management skillset
Prioritise and manage multiple projects, performing much of the day-to-day work (report directly to the business development director)
Manages and executes comprehensive, timeous plans and briefs, projects, campaigns, post-campaign, and monthly reports; Detailed content and channel planning; Oversees service delivery across the agency departments including studio, procurement and production in order to drive forward all project deliverables and implementation
Proactive, problem solver
Ability to build and nurture long-lasting client relationships
Support to business development director as well as strategic marketing director
Attention to detail - accuracy, consistency and quality control across briefs, artwork, reports and billings.

**oftware requirements**: MS Office, Teams, Zoom

**Bonus Points**: Chase, Sound knowledge and understanding of the media and influencer landscape. Must reside in the northern suburbs of Jhb.
