Head of Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Financial

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the Development & Implementation of Stakeholder Relations Strategies. (Internal Process)
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s stakeholder engagement strategy, framework and tools
- Utilise BI and analytics to drive the company’s stakeholder segmentation approach
- Utilise and leverage the company’s data and BI to gain deeper understanding of stakeholders and associated business value
- Support strategic stakeholder relationships with input and direction from Executive Head of Sales, CMO, CEO and the rest of the executive team
- Provide thought leadership and guidance for strategic stakeholder management
- Collaborate and partner with the company’s stakeholder relationship owners to maximise market access and penetration opportunities
- Collaborate with Head of Market Access to Identify and prospect potential strategic stakeholders
- Continuously monitor and assess stakeholder relationship strength using internal and external data resources to identify challenges and opportunities for advancement
- Collaborate with the Marketing team, group marketing and PR agency to create stakeholder engagement platforms and events
- Determine the company’s stakeholder lifecycle and identify engagement opportunities to maximise business potential
- Develop and present stakeholder management and engagements reports and insights
- Develop and implement stakeholder value measurement tool
- Build symbiotic relationships across the company’s Groups to identify leveraging opportunities and skills sharing
- Monitor and analyse market trends locally and internationally to solve business stakeholder management requirements
- Manage functional budget and leverage operational budgets from other parts of the business.
Drive a Client-Centric Environment That Focuses on Best Practice Service Delivery (Client Services)
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and that promote cross delivery practice solutions
- Contribute to sustaining a competitive edge through external networking and benchmarking and representation on relevant forums
- Define fair and innovative stakeholder engagement practices and processes which build rewarding relationships and act as enablers across the company’s value chain
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to identify changing stakeholder needs and make recommendations to align to business offering
- Provide stakeholder engagement leadership and expertise at a business level
- Contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional stakeholder experience.

Manage Budget & Implement Sound Financial Controls (Finance)
- Control the budget for the area, including the authorisation of expenditure and implementation of financial regulations
- Manage high risk and problematic financial issues in the area of accountability and contribute to the development of policy
- Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency
- Implement and manage financial risk methodologies, techniques and systems and use to monitor and report on financial activities.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification - essential
- Degree in Business Management, Communications, Public Relations or Political Science
- 7-10 years stakeholder engagement and/or management industry within financial services
- 3-5 years management experience
- Experience in mass market stakeholder management and engagement essential
- Business Acumen - Understands how the business operates, what the key issues and risks are that drive business success; and how they impact on the commercial viability of potential ventures and the profitability of the Group
- Collaboration - Prioritises the business interests of the company Group and invests in the success of the group by aligning effort across divisions
- Client/Stakeholder Commitment - Anticipates, meets, and exceeds client’s needs by creating long lasting relationships that support the client value proposition, supports their financial wellness and ensures client centricity
