**Responsibilities**:
**Adminstrative Support**
- Update and maintain user data, courses, and other content within Games Global University.
- Generate and analyse reports from Games Global University to monitor user engagement and effectiveness of training programmes.

**Learning and Development Coordination**
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
- Manage registration processes, track attendance, and handle feedback collection for continuous improvement of programmes.
- Support the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for training such as securing venues, managing technology needs, and preparing materials.
- Collect feedback from programme participants and trainers to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.

**Games Global University management and optimisation**:

- Oversee the daily operations of Games Global’s learning management system - Games Global University.
- Ensure the system is functioning properly, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with IT support or vendors as needed.

**Adhoc duties**
- Assist the team with the roll-out and development of other Talent initiatives such as career mapping, the global graduate programme, and the mentoring programme.
- Any other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- HR experience or a relevant qualification.
- Proficieny user of MS Office packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience of working with eLearning authoring tools
- Understanding of talent management processes
- Understanding of recruitment processes
