**What you’ll have done before**:
Baseline:
- NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Human Resources/ HR Development/ Training Management)
- 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development with 2 years in LMS Management
- Exceptional administration and coordination skills
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel
Advantageous:
- Post-graduate qualification in HRM
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity and challenges.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, multitask.
- Advanced knowledge Excel and data analytics skill or desire to acquire same

- Contribute to driving the organization Learning and Development Strategy
- Creates a number of Learning and Development Reports.
- Effectively drive the organization learning and development culture

- Proactively schedule employees for learning interventions requested.
